"The Bacchae are young, coordinated bodies, in blue and white dresses and sneakers more reminiscent of majorettes than of possessed priestesses, but precisely for this reason, more disturbing: their dance is restrained, surgical, almost aseptic, pop, and therefore strangely seductive. The costumes by Aurora Damanti (winner of the 2024 Ubu Prize), combined with the movements of Riccardo Micheletti, define a precise and hypnotic ritual, which leads the spectator on a progressive unveiling".
